Before You Book

Yes. Every K2 flight is conducted under FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot certification. We carry a current certificate and can provide documentation on request — a common requirement for commercial airspace, corporate sites, and client compliance packages.

Our primary service area is Charlotte, NC and the surrounding region — including Greater Charlotte Metro, Lake Norman, Concord, and Gastonia. We travel for larger productions. Contact us with your location and we'll confirm availability and any travel fee.

Standard delivery is within 48 hours of the shoot. Real estate and documentation packages are often ready sooner. Same-day rush delivery is available as an add-on for time-sensitive listings or events — see our pricing page for details.

Yes. K2 carries full commercial drone liability insurance with a $1M per-occurrence policy. Certificates of Insurance can be issued directly to your company, lender, or venue on request — a routine requirement for commercial job sites and corporate engagements.

Safety comes first — if conditions are unsafe to fly, we reschedule at no cost to you. We monitor weather 72 hours out and contact you proactively if a session needs to move. There are never cancellation fees for weather delays.
